Seriously! How amazing was it training to BE DYNAMIC together. Training with you and the other 500+ firefighters from over 80+ departments has been a blast! In fact here’s a little look at what you all have done over the last year or so!

  • April 21st – DVRT Workshop in Baraboo, WI

  • April 23rd – FDIC

  • May 19th – DVRT Workshop in Milwaukee, WI


In addition to that you can become part of the 8 WEEK FITNESS C.L.I.M.B in a way that has positively impacted the lives of BE DYNAMIC Training Firefighters! This 8 week program is designed to support you by providing you a personalized plan and approach towards your health and fitness that you can maintain and sustain beyond 8 weeks. To date every firefighter who has successfully completed the 8 WEEK FITNESS C.L.I.M.B has established healthy long lasting habits in a way that continues their progress well past 8 weeks.

So what can you do to continue to BE DYNAMIC?

1 – Train to BE DYNAMIC!

  • Use what you have learned and share it with others.

2 – Progress your knowledge of training to BE DYNAMIC!

  • This has been and is a maturing process. You will gain a deeper understanding of what it means to BE DYNAMIC with each training. You can learn more about the trainings above and/or you can learn how to receive FREE spots simply by hosting a workshop!

3 – Train your department to BE DYNAMIC!

  • Training to BE DYNAMIC isn’t for a select few. It’s for everyone in your department. It’s training that is specific to the needs we have as firefighters while providing you a means to BE BETTER! From there your department will benefit greatly from the training you have received once you provide them the means to experience what you all have experienced.
